Programs Offered

Wellbeing workshops combine gentle physical exercises, relaxation & meditation. Programs focus on energy-balancing and energy-increasing and on achieving a greater mind-heart balance.

Workshop content is based on a range of well-established ancient and contemporary health-promoting disciplines such as yoga, shiatsu, stretching, acupressure, reiki, autogenic training, etc. for better life balance, stress management & inner harmony.

Objectives

Program objectives for groups and individuals are:

  3. To introduce a range of wellbeing activities and tools using gentle physical exercise, relaxation and meditation
  4. To facilitate deeper relaxation often resulting in increased levels of life balance, calmness, joy and inner harmony
  5. To assist with interpersonal and personal issues using a wellness approach, through relaxation, energy balancing and meditation - focusing on the heart
  6. To facilitate better inner guidance through meditation
  7. To provide effective gentle exercise routines for deep relaxation, wellbeing and sustainable exercise
  8. To incorporate energy balancing as a tool throughout all programs, as an effective way to deeper relaxation, meditation, healing, calmness and inner harmony.
